Remembering C. S. Lewis, 50 Years Later: On November 22, 2013, in Westminster Abbey, a memorial was dedicated to C. S. Lewis, one of the great minds of the twentieth century. There, on the 50th anniversary of his death, Lewis took his place in the Poets’ Corner, alongside such greats as John Keats, William Blake, and T. S. Eliot.

Though C. S. Lewis himself has been gone for half a century, the power of his words and his ideas continues to affect generations. Such luminaries as John Boyne, Eoin Colfer, Neil Gaiman, and Lemony Snicket have paid tribute to him over on the C. S. Lewis Facebook fan page, The Chronicles of Narnia Facebook fan page, @CSLewis, and @OfficialNarnia.
